OOC Threads are *NOT* Optional

As of lately I have seen many roleplays that don't have OOC topics for them and there have been just as many getting reported recently that don't have OOC threads either.

This is necessary because OOC only posts are prohibited in the Roleplay forums and we(staff) need a place that we can post in to be able to resolve issues effectively as well as any member that wants to join the Roleplay, or in case internal issues pop up along the way. Not only that it keeps things organized.

 

Effective immediately, if I find a Roleplay that does not have an OOC thread, I will send the roleplay's creator a PM asking them to create one. They will have 48 hours to create and link me the OOC thread in that PM. If a response is not received with a link to the OOC topic in that time frame, the Roleplay will be locked until the OOC topic for it is created.
