As soon as Charcoal saw the crystal she panicked and hid under her bed, refusing to come out. After a few seconds she hears Thunder talking to somepony. "T-thunder who or what are you talking to? What is with that crystal that just appeared out of no where?"

"Jason Lark is planning to attack Equestria. With his chaos device and his five thousand soilder's. he'll be unstoppable." Princess Luna continued.

 

"I'm sorry your mare friend has been scared. But there's nothing I could do to help." Princess Luna added.

 

There was a shine of light and next to Princess Luna. Princess Celestria appeared.

"I can only warn you what's going to happen. I cannot interfere." She added.

The light started to appear and Princess Celestia started to float away towards the light. Princess Luna start to float and tried to not leave just yet but couldn't "You'll find a way!!" She screamed before disappearing.

"Thunder" Charcoal said in a quiet voice as she started getting out from under the bed. "please don't be upset with them, I'm sure that they are trying their best. I bet being an alicorn princess like them can attract a lot of attention. And if this Jason is getting as strong as they said then I'm sure even they are scared."

"The old industrial terrain. It has two sides against mountains, so we only have to defend two sides. Also it's not too big, so we don't lose eachother."

"But what about Lightning?" Charcoal asked her voice starting to raise. "We can't take him anywhere if we are going to be in a fight. And I don't want to be that far away from him. And if this is an army of thousands we are going to need some help from someponies we know. And if say Arrow wants to come then I'm going to stay with Lightning, Arrow is the only pony I trust with Lightning when both of us are away."

"Thunder." Charcoal said with a sort of longing tone. Being too nervous to go outside on her own after all that has happened recently she decides to wait for Thunder to come back. Cleaning up Thunders breakfast she washes his dishes and goes to get Lightning to feed him breakfast.

Charcoal was crying again. Her perinoia had gotten the best of her after Thunder didn't come back. She had taken care of Lightning but that had only temporarily distracted her. She was just sitting in her room crying in a corner, hard enough to where she didn't hear Thunder walk in.

"Thunder." Charcoal was so relieved to see Thunder was safe that she tightly hugged him, not wanting him to go again. "Oh Thunder, I was so worried. You just left without saying anything and when you didn't come back I really started to worry that you..." Charcoal had choked up at that last part, not wanting to finish her sentence.

"A-alright." Hesitatingly she lets go of Thunder and walks to the closet where she grabs her saddlebags and put them on the bed. She then walks into the bathroom and starts to fly just enough to reach above the door where she removes the fake panel on the wall revealing the Mutilator. Taking it out with great care, like she would a live bomb, she takes it and places it in her bag. Afterwords she again goes to the closet and gets the best armour she has. (The Bavik armour.) She puts the armour in her saddlebag as well then walks out to join Thunder. "Alright, lets go. Though I don't know if I am ready to kill again Thunder, I'm scared."

"Are you ready to go?"He said while putting on his suit, with an bullet proof vest under it.

Catching the grenade Charcoal just stares at it for a moment, then puts it in her bags and begins to put her own armour on. "To be entirely honest, I'm not. I don't want to do this I just want a normal life. But I guess that isn't going to happen. But I trust you Thunder so I will follow you anywhere, I would be engaged to you if I wouldn't. Also, do you think we should bring the dragon rifle with us?"

As they walked into the industrial terrain there were black flags with white pony skulls hung around everywhere and ponies in black suits were guarding the place.

As they got closer to the Terrain Charcoal starts to see a lot of ponies. And the pony skulls weren't exactly helping her nerves either. As they got closer Charcoal begins to walk closer to Thunder and starts crouching as if to make herself smaller and less noticeable."
