Sarah paused. "Um...No, I do not." Sarah said.

Sarah started to cry a little. She was upset that she couldn't get out. She wanted to be with him in the light. Not darkness.

 

"There is one way." Sarah started.

"Princess Luna gave me one wish. I was going to use it. To save me from dying. But...if I don't use it up now, we'll die in here." Sarah said.

 

"What do you think?" Sarah asked?

Rock thought for a minute.

 

What were the chances of Applejack wanting to help the duo? What were the chances of her even arriving on time? What are the chances of her succeeding?

These questions spun around in his head.

 

"Francis is quite unpredictable" Rock Said "Which means he could choose to kill us at anytime. If use that wish now, we might just warn Applejack in time to save us"

Sarah nodded her head in agreement. She closed her eyes. And said "Luna."

 

All a sudden an Orb came out of the ground. And a dust of fog. Looked like it flew out of Sarah's body. "There goes the wish. But it worked!" The orb turned yellow. "Voice recongition complete." The Orb said. "Scanning..." The orb added.

The orb was scanning Sarah's body.

"If my calculations are correct. Congratulations Sarah. Daughter of the Squire. You're pregnant." The orb said.

"So you new to the guards hun?" It was plainly obvios he was. The condition of his sword was obismal, like he doesn.t even know how to take care of it.

 

"What?! How did you know?" Is he really that surprised?

 

"Most guards know how to take care of thier blade. So considering the horid condition it is in that can mean one of two things. A, you are freash meat and have yet to learn how to properly care for a blade. Or B, You fell asleep during the class where they teach you. Pick your poisin.'

 

"Wow, your good."

 

"I know I am. Now if you want me to fix this up for you it'll be 25 bits."

 

"Alright." He places the 20 bits on the counter. "Do you think you could also show me how to take care of it?" He asks sheepishly.

 

"Do I look like a teacher to you? If you want to learn put down a request with your comanding officer."

As I begin with fixing his blade he tries to make some small talk that I mostly tune out, that is until one thing in particular.

 

"Sooo, did you hear that both phoenix and the sqire are dead?"

 

"Wait what?!"

 

"Yeah, they died not to long ago. Thier corpses are still here even."

 

"Well... this is news to me."

 

"If you think that is news I also heard some ponies are trying to break out. How and why I have no idea."

 

Hmmm, ponies trying to break out. Lets go see if I can catch them before they do. "Here your blade is done." I hand him his blade and shoo him out and close up shop. "Now lets see if I can find those to be escapies."

"P-Pregnant?" Rock stuttered "She's pregnant? With my child?"

 

Rock quickly caught himself as he nearly toppled over. Hit with a wave of emotion, he began to cry, then laugh, then curse, then laugh again.

 

When he finally came too, he turned to Sarah and smiled "I feel a lot better now. And this is incredible news!"

After walking around a while I almost decided to give up, that is until i heard some laughter that I didn't reconize.

"Now who could that possibly be?" Smiling to myself I walk towards the sorce of the noise. By the wall I find two ponies one seems to be a pegasus, the other is on the ground for some reason. "Well, well, well. Who do we have here?"

The orb floated and answered. "You are pregnant with a boy. His father's name is Rock Thatcher." The orb stated.

 

Sarah started to cry. "I don't want to have a child born in this place if we don't get out of here." Sarah said.

 

She looked at the orb tears still on her face. "Find AppleJack." Sarah said to the Orb.

"And deliever a message."

AppleJack, it's Sarah & Rock. We are being held in captivity in the Stronghold by Francis. He has killed Pheonix and the Squire we need your help!! the orb floated for a second. "Message is secure, orb now in route." And the orb shot off through the wall.

After walking around a while I almost decided to give up, that is until i heard some laughter that I didn't reconize.

"Now who could that possibly be?" Smiling to myself I walk towards the sorce of the noise. By the wall I find two ponies one seems to be a pegasus, the other is on the ground for some reason. "Well, well, well. Who do we have here?" 

Rock heard the voices and immediately flew up to the window. He looked out and saw a black pony.

"Hey, someone found us" Rock called down to Sarah

 

He looked back at the pony "Listen, you got to help us, some crazy stuff has been happening! Francis is taking over the whole fort and he's planning to kill us"

Rock heard the voices and immediately flew up to the window. He looked out and saw a black pony.

"Hey, someone found us" Rock called down to Sarah

 

He looked back at the pony "Listen, you got to help us, some crazy stuff has been happening! Francis is taking over the whole fort and he's planning to kill us"

 

 

"Oh,well that is a crying shame." He sounds desperate, let's see if how much I can get out of this guy. "Now tell me this, why should I help you? It sounds to me like if francis wants you, I could get a little bit of profit out of this." Now lets watch him squirm, maybe I'll make him beg, that would be pretty funny.

Sarah was sitting still till her stomach rumbled. She just relised she hasn't eaten in days. She looked like she was in pain. Sarah tried to stand but couldn't and fell down. She tried to get up again but couldn't. "Rock, please tell me we have some food." She cried.

"I'm the only doctor in this town" Rock said "I could possibly give you a variety of... medication *Cough Cough* Drugs *Cough Cough* That could give you a nice profit if sold to the right people"

 

Rock points at a nearby house

 

"A certain pony who lives there would be willing to buy the medication"

"And as an answer for the other question, adrenaline. A natural painkiller that can be induced during arousal or violence. That's why someponies take a while to find out they're injured after a fight" He lectured

As the conversation continued nopony noticed by the stairs a pair of eyes was watching. Then the pony came into sight.

 

"We'll well." Gavin said.

He held up his gun and laughed.

 

3 Guards cornered Charcoal outside.

 

"You're coming with us now!" A Guard demanded towards Charcoal.

 

 

"Oh, come now, is that any way to treat a lady?" This could get messy if I'm not carful, and I would like to get through the day without blood on my hooves. "Now why don't you be on your merry way. It is rude to interupt someones conversation. Besides you wouldn't want this to get messy, would you?"

"Try me." The Guard said with a huge mean stare on his face.

 

The Guard was about to kill her.

 

"Now, Now." Francis said. He walked over and studied Charcoal. "Let's not have to kill this mare. Yet." Francis said with a grin.

 

"Take her down with the others. The love ones will like some company." Francis said.

Gavin yelled so that they could hear him through the wall. "Why don't we just kill Sarah?"

He cleared his throat "Gavin, are you really blind enough to follow his orders?" He points at Francis "Because, you know, I'm not against a jealous psychopath being in charge. But you Gavin, you have the skills to run the fort!"

"Oh, so you are going to blow up the only place where I can make weapons and armor? Or enchant them for that matter. Blow up my shop, you lose the only place that makes good stuff for your guards. And I don't think that's a good idea if you are trying to take over this place. And I was about to restock my inventory."

There was an explosion and the Smithing shop no longer existed.

"You don't think we can make more?" Francis said.

 

Francis smiled then punched Charcoal in the face. She hit the ground. "We're taking this trouble maker to Jason." Francis said. They put hoof cuffs on her.

 

Gavin heard what Rock had said. "Do you think I want to run this place?" "Do you think Francis runs this place? Jason is the brains here.." Gavin stated.

He dropped down from the window

 

"Just make sure you don't get any life threatening injuries, because I sure as Celestia won't come over and help. Got that?" Rock shouted
