"Huh wha who? Who's coming Prish? Oh, you mean Charcoal." He walked to the window to see if he could find Charcoal, but he couldn't. "She must've gone inside already. Go back to the bed and let me do the talking okay? She won't be happy if she sees you with Lightning." He said, picking Lightning up.

"Alright." Caprisha agreed with a nod. She goes back to the bed and waits.

 

Charcoal walks back up to the room she found Caprisha and Thunder the other night. She had decided to at least give Thunder a chance to explain himself but... she wasn't exactly sure. She entered the room and saw Thunder standing there with Lightning and Caprisha on the bed. "Hello." Charcoal said with an even voice.

"Hey Charcoal." Thunder said calmly, but nervous. "Are you here to give me a second Chance? Or are you just here to take Lightning back home?" Thunder asked, switching eyes between Caprisha and Charcoal. He set Lightning back on his rug to play with his toys.

"Hey Charcoal." Thunder said calmly, but nervous. "Are you here to give me a second Chance? Or are you just here to take Lightning back home?" Thunder asked, switching eyes between Caprisha and Charcoal. He set Lightning back on his rug to play with his toys.

"I came here to let you explain yourself and tell me everything that happened while I was in heat." Charcoal said in an angry voice. "Only after that will I decide if I am going to give you a second chance or not." Charcoal was still unhappy but she wanted to be able to trust Thunder again.

Charcoal just looked at Thunder for a moment, then at Caprisha, then back at Thunder. "Explain the relationship the two of you have. Before... last night... Thunder didn't really like Caprisha all that much, and certainly not in 'that' way." Charcoal asked Thunder.

"I indeed didn't like Caprisha' but after spending some time with her alone i grew to like her. Maybe we went too far, too soon, but alcohol is a wild beast that even masters can lose control of. I lost control of myself." Thunder looked at Caprisha, then back at Charcoal.

Charcoal let out a long sigh. "I... I'm not sure what I think of this Thunder. I want to trust you and love you with all of my heart but..." Charcoal paused for a moment to chose her next words, then she decided to just get straight to the point. "Thunder, I want the complete and honest truth from you. Do you still love me?"

Charcoal thought about this for a moment. "I... I don't know. This is becoming a little much for me. I think I'm going to need a break, I need some time to think." She walks up to Thunder and gives him a short kiss. Then she picks up Lightning and begins to walk away. Before she leaves she says one last thing: "Goodbye, I hope that I can come to arms with these feelings." Then she walked out the door.

"I hope so too." Thunder said to a closed door. Then he turned to Caprisha. "Well, she kissed me so i guess that's a good sign." He went to sit back in his chair and thought about the things Charcoal just said. He thought about how this might be a solvable situation.

"She really wants you Thunder, that much is obvious. But she also doesn't know what to think about the two of us together." Caprisha said. "I'd say the best thing you can do is do everything you can to show Charcoal that you still love her. At least that is what I would want a stallion to do."

Caprisha leans forward and gives Thunder a hug. "I hope you don't have to choose either. Nopony should have to make a decision like that at any point in his or her life. And don't talk like you won't repair things with Charcoal. But for now, let's give her some time to think."

"Yeah, let's just get some rest for now." Thunder said as he layed back on Caprisha's legs. He closed his eyes and nearly instantly fell asleep due to the lack of sleep he had the night before. He started snoring. He didn't sleep very well on Caprisha's hard legs.

Caprisha began stroking Thunders mane as he fell asleep on her legs. She began to think, think about how all of this will affect everything. She had been the best of friends with Charcoal for as long as she could remember, but now it seemed that friendship was about to shatter. She began crying as she thought of that.

Caprisha jumped slightly at Thunders sudden words. She looked down and smiled. "It... it's nothing. I was just thinking about how this might affect my relationship with Charcoal. We have been best friends for years, but... I have no idea whether or not I am going to be keeping that friends after this."

Caprisha decided to follow in suit of Thunder and take a nap as well. Even though she wasn't tired she still rested her head on the pillow behind her and closed her eyes. Since it was still morning and Caprisha had gotten a decent amount of sleep it took her a while to fall asleep.

After about two hours of sleep later Thunder woke up, still on Caprisha's legs. He smiled and gave her a kiss on her forehead, careful not to wake her. He silently got up to pick Lightning up from the rug, but he forgot that Charcoal had taken him with her.

Caprisha had never really been truly asleep, only half asleep. So when Thunder had gotten up it woke her up to. She opened her eyes to see Thunder standing by the rug where he had put Lightning. She walked up behind him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Good morning."

thunder smiled. "Good morning Sunshine." He walked towards the window and started smoking a cigarette. He looked out the window and felt it was cold. "Winter's coming." He said to Caprisha as a cold breeze came into the room and filled it with cild aires.

"I can se that." Caprisha said. She simply stared out the window into the great outdoors. "So have you thought of anyway we could make all of this up to Charcoal? You got your rest, now we really need to think of something if we are going to show Charcoal we still care about her."
