Charcoal held Thunder tightly and began crying. She continued to cry for several minutes on end until she couldn't feel any more tears. It took her a few minutes more to calm down enough to form sentences. "What... what is this new job you were talking about."

Charcoals eyes go wide with surprise, she could feel more tears coming. "NO... NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!! I refuse, I object, I will not be alone without you for nine months! Charcoal began crying on the floor. As she did she looked up at the rope that was still attached to the ceiling. She was tempted to try it again, she was once again alone. But she decided against it for now. She went into her room and found a pair of cuffs, rope, and a blindfold. She picked them up and set them on the couch so she would remember them later.

Two days later Thunder arrived at the train station. He was neatly dressed in an army uniform like all the other soldiers were. He had a bag with stuff and a nameplate saying Farts on his chest.he was looking around to see if Charcoal or Caprisha were there.

Caprisha had come. She walked up to the train station and looked through the ponies in uniform to find Thunder. When she did she was about to wave when she heard heavy hoofsteps coming from behind her. It was Charcoal, and she was carrying something. She plowed past her and jumped in the air to pin Thunder down as she screamed for him not to leave her.

Thunder smiled. "Charcoal, i know you don't want me to go, but if i don't go we won't have money to take care of the foals. Please understand this decision. I beg you." He forced himself free and stood up next to Charcoal. "I love you." He said, then he kissed her. Nstuff

"No.. no I won't." Charcoal said. She took out her pair of hoofcuffs she found and attempted to cuff Thunder to something so he couldn't leave.

 

Caprisha saw that this situation was getting out of hoof. She tried to get to them but ponies were blocking her path.

Thunder slapped the cuffs out of Charcoals hooves, he was starting to get angry. "No Charcoal! This is my choice an there's nothing you can do about it." He noticed Caprisha in the back and saluted her. Then he went on the train together with all the other army ponies.

"No, please... please don't leave me." Charcoal said even though Thunder was already gone. She fell to the ground and began crying.

 

Caprisha had finally gotten last the ponies but Thunder had already gotten on the train. She found Charcoal crying on the ground. She walked to her and began hugging her to try and comfort her.

As the train left he saw Caprisha trying to comfort Charcoal. He smiled, but also a tear was forming in his eye. I'll miss you Charcoal. I'll miss you Caprisha. he thought to himself.

 

Nine months later he came back from being sent out. Nopony was there to greet him at the station so he just went back to the apartment, still in his army uniform.

As the train left he saw Caprisha trying to comfort Charcoal. He smiled, but also a tear was forming in his eye. I'll miss you Charcoal. I'll miss you Caprisha. he thought to himself.

 

Nine months later he came back from being sent out. Nopony was there to greet him at the station so he just went back to the apartment, still in his army uniform.

Caprisha had helped Charcoal through her tough times with Thunder being gone. After she had been released from the hospital she moved in with Charcoal to keep her company and apparently to keep her from killing herself. She had also had to help her through her pregnancy. She was much bigger than she had months ago, and even she was getting bigger with the filly inside her. She was making dinner at the time, after about a month after Thunder left Charcoal had gone back to her job at the blacksmith. Thunder opened the door to the appartment and greeted Charcoal, as she was the first mare he saw. Then he saw Caprisha too and greeted her aswell, the first thing he noticed about the two was that their bellies were a lot bigger than last time.

Thunder opened the door to the appartment and greeted Charcoal, as she was the first mare he saw. Then he saw Caprisha too and greeted her aswell, the first thing he noticed about the two was that their bellies were a lot bigger than last time.

When the two mares saw Thunder they exploded with excitement literally. Charcoal jumps off the couch and Caprisha stops cooking and they both run up to Thunder and tackle hug him to the ground and begin kissing him. "I'm so glad you're back." The two mares said in unison.

Thunder smiled as he was nearly kissed to death. "Ladies, ladies. There's enough Jack Thunder for everypony. Only one at the time please." He said, while laying under the mares. At least they seem in a better mood than i left them, maybe i should go more often.

Both Charcoal and Caprisha glared at eachother as the fought with glares to see who would get Thunder first. Eventually Charcoal won out and Caprisha went back to cooking, but she would be adding a little something nasty to Charcoals meal.

 

Since Charcoal was left alone with Thunder she wrapped her arms and her wings around him in a tight embrace. "I missed you."

"Ours is going to be a little filly." Caprisha said with a smile. Dinner was almost done, she just needed to add the nasty part to Charcoal's. With a smile she turned to Thunder. "Why don't you get Charcoal and Lightning to the table and I will bring everyone their food?"

"Sure, just don't mess up Charcoals food because she could greet me first." He said jokingly an with a wink after that. Then he picked up Lightning and put him in a chair so they could all eat dinner together. "You must be near to giving birth, right Charcoal?"

With a grunt Charcoal stood up. It had gotten harder to stand up for a few months now. "Yeah, I'm due any day now. I could be popping out the little suckers today for all I know." Charcoal walked over to the table and sat down in a chair. "These most recent months of pregnancy haven't been easy."

"I see." Thunder said as Caprisha was getting dinner ready. "You know what was the hardest part of the last nine months? It was seeing the other soldiers getting mares over there, but still keeping control of yourself, it's hard. I hope you two here did the same."
