Have you ever come close to death?

One time: Kicking a football around on wet grass, chasing after it full boar until I slipped over and fell on my back so hard it paralysed my spine, I couldn't breath for a few seconds, so that was scary.

Second time: Crossing a double lane road where one lane of traffic was stopped, but the other one wasn't, someone was shouting at me to "look!" right when a big truck came into view, and I quickly dashed across. If not for that person, I may, or may not have been run over. But yeah, I wasn't feeling good after that, felt like the biggest f****** idiot ever, and went and hurt myself over it because I was that embarrassed.
