Welp, I may as well go at this with my OC. Brown, thinner unicorn stallion with a light red mane and a cocktail shaker cutie mark. Owns a small bar in the outer ponyville area.

"As a colt, I always loved to explore around the house and find new things to play around with. One night I found my way in to my parents liqueur cabinet and grabbed a few bottles, seemingly at random, and poured them together in to a cup. I had seen my parents have a lot of fun after they drank stuff from the cabinet, so I decided to drink some of it myself. It was probably the best thing I had ever tasted. Sweet, silky, like honey but with an afterburn. I mixed up some more cocktails for myself and each one became better than the last. After about six cocktails of hard liqueur, I was passed out on the floor with half-full bottles, a cocktail shaker, and a couple broken glasses scattered around me. Needless to say, when my parents discovered it, they were NOT happy. When I woke up, my parents had given me a good scolding, but they told me to check my flank. I thought I had cut it up or something in my drunken stupor, but I saw my cutie mark and smiled, as I passed out again, the alcohol not completely out of my system yet. I remember dad told me he noticed the cutie mark when he discovered me and decided to take a sip from the half-full cocktail glass that was on the ground. He told me it was the best cocktail he'd ever had. Of course, he waited to tell me this until I was a bit older, but he was honest about it. I guess that counts for the two first questions, but the third is a no as of yet. Mostly stallions whose wives are home with the foals or younger, but still old enough, ponies who are a might thirsty.

"I prefer the Rosewater Rickey, a gin cocktail with pitted, brandied cherries, a spoonful of sugar and a spoonful of rosewater. What's really special about this is that you light the cocktail on fire until the sugar caramelizes. It certainly draws some attention whenever I mix one up at the bar. Drunken ponies are quite enthralled seeing the fire. Unfortunately, I have to have ponies sign a waver whenever they order one because one time a particularly impatient pegasus tried to drink it while it was still on fire. Suffice to say, I nearly lost the bar to her lawyer, but I had a decent attorney and he was able to help me keep it. His name was Phoenix something... It's been a while since it happened, and when you are the local barkeep, you tend to lose track of names with how many you meet. Anyways, I'd say that answers both questions."

have you ever "spoil" a drink in your work sometime?

"Well, that depends on what you mean by spoil. If by mess up the recipe, yeah it's happened before, not a lot, but it happens on particularly hectic nights when I get multiple orders going at one time and I shake them all with magic. I might send somepony a screwball when they ordered a screwdriver, but if my patrons happen to bring it up, if they haven't been causing too much trouble, I'll give 'em a free drink on the house, what they ordered that time, correctly. I'll generally write it down if I got it wrong just to make sure no dishonest ponies try to trick me while I'm distracted with other orders."

"My first reaction was pretty much 'He's got to be right, that was an awesome drink back then.'. I started work at my first bar when I was first able to legally serve alcohol. It was a nice enough place. A sports bar, not many ponies ordered cocktails, but looking back it probably would have been a nightmare if people ordered cocktails rather than hard cider or beer, with how swamped the place got on days when the local football team was playing. I had a hard enough time filling the mugs en masse. I think it was a good experience though, working with ponies, learning to better multitask, Luna knows I do enough of that, but it somehow comes out right most of the time."

"Oh... That's a toughie... On a busy night, somewhere near 5, 600? I'm mostly spitballing here, I don't really keep count. On a slow night though I'll generally get at most 3-4 dozen. Fun fact, I actually keep some cards around for the slower nights if anyone gets bored and wants to play some poker. I've got a wicked poker face."

Lost a couple hundred bits to him, but that was maybe a couple slow night's profit, it wasn't hard, especially considering the next day was a football game."

"I like watching it, I couldn't play it though, I'm not a big enough stallion. Though I'm a fan of the Baltimare Ravens, I remember quite a small stallion being able to run like mad."

I read your profile and i see that you work on a bar in outer Ponyville area, have you ever compited aganist another bartender for a good mix or to be more precise, have you ever participated in any contest involving your work?

"A contest huh? I can't say that I have. I mean, there aren't too many bars around. At least not ones that serve cocktails. There are a few around town that sell beer, cider, and some hard liqueurs, but they don't mix them up in an special way. I know every autumn the Apple Family outside of town makes some really good cider. I've tried to ask them if they wouldn't mind sending some my way to serve at my bar, I'd pay quite highly for it too, considering there are lines to the farm with ponies camping out two nights in advance. However, that stubborn mare Applejack won't make a deal. Ah well, at least I've got the market on cocktails cornered."

Have you ever thought or try to improve your bar, like , adding some new service or perhaps changing the look?

"Well, I do have some minor renovations every now and again. I like the way it looks as it is, a nice cabin-y feel. Got a nice hearth in the middle of the room, had that put in about a year ago. In the wintertime I get lots of ponies coming in around hearth's warming and there are a lot of parties there and it's a good time. If I had unlimited bits and renovation was instant, I wouldn't mind changing the look every season to fit the time of year. A nice beach theme in the summer, keep the cabin in the winter, have a floral theme in spring, have a barnhouse theme in autumn."

"It generally depends on the age of the ponies that are throwing it. When that Pinkie Pie mare throws one, it gets crazy quickly, but I find it as a good test of my skills whenever there's a lot of orders in. When some older stallions throw a party, it's not so much a party so much as it is a gathering. They just come in and order drinks, they talk, tell stories. It's nice and peaceful, I like it. It's nice when you get to be part of a group with your customers."

"Well, like I said, I've had business dealings with Applejack, so she's come by a couple times. That on mare Rarity comes every now and again, but she always seems to act like she's too good to be at the bar, however she does compliment my drinks, she always orders a Cosmopolitan, but she gets it to go, so I always make sure I have some disposable cocktail glasses. At least she tips well. Rainbow Dash comes when Pinkie has her parties. I haven't seen Fluttershy come in before, I've seen her around town though, she doesn't strike me as the type that would be on the bar scene anyways. Same goes for Princess Twilight Sparkle. Like Fluttershy, I've seen her around town, but she's never come by the bar."
