But in all serious ness who here has ever played the game the horde?  there was this one feature where you could hire a dragon called rosco,

 

he was a "special dragon" when you summoned him would go "Here i am!" and breath down fire with out much aim on the town, you and the horde lol.

 

the warning on him was "He's an idiot but he's our idiot."

I think crackle would been an awesome pony ally.

Hmm, I've never actually heard of this game, but If it is true what you said it is, it is defiantly possible that this was the original idea/reference for the character!

 

I like the idea that crackle would be our ally, maybe a tip for season 4?

oh what a delightful gem of a game it was.  Just dumb red little goblin like monsters that ate and killed everything in their path and it was your job to stop them.

 

they were so gooney and goofey.
