Imagine if i made a storm trooper or a red shirt (star wars, star treck respectfully)

called Donut Steal (or how ever that joke goes).

Now seeing as how the show doesn't exactly have fluffie ponies,

the fact she's understood she's from the intellectual property of hasbro.

That's like saying I can copy right a student that i say "comes from hogwarts."

They give credit to Hasbro, though. Well, Hogwarts is already copyrighted. Basically, you can't take credit for something that is copyrighted.

I make a GI Joe.  names What ever.  I state "GI joe is not my property." and from that I'd get away with taking the main franchise them and slapping on something i created?

 

I could see if Mixer mike made this own fantasy world with entirely different characters (maybe ripping off mythology cause obviously hasbro can't copy right cerbus and the like)

I don't see how you can blatantly state "this is from this copy writed material, but I'm going to own it."

Imagine if you came out with 3 different ppg girls lol.  would you seriously be able to copy right them?

 

 

I understand that todd mc farlane owns spawn but not dark ages spawn, but that's a special circumstance of legalese and contracts that were in place to begin with.

 

I can only imagine mixer mike is no where near having with the puff.

Well any ways i recalled one of the oringal spoof ideas cause i saw a similar theme from Samurai jack,

 

MLP does a Alice and wonder land theme.

I think it would be most fun to see who they'd cast as what?

 

I mean for the role of alice i could see twilight or possibly pinkie.  Than again pinkie would be an amazing mad hatter.

 

I just saw the idea of "it's a wonderful life."

a guardian of sorts showing how bad the world would be with out them,

and it occurred to me what a awesome joke that could be from the writers to all the people who call apple jack just a back ground pony.
