The Ossirian Empire is a micronation, which claims the Hellas Planitia Basin area as its territory. That being said, if another sovereign nation made such demands of the Ossirian Empire, my response would be thus. "Greetings, Empire of Rome, Your demands of tribute and obeisance from the Ossirian Empire may be construed as acts of war. Please respond on official letterhead with the specifics of your demands. Please be notified that any declaration of war on the Ossirian Empire or its citizens is also a declaration of war against the Aerican Empire, the Kingdom of Innhau, and the Principality of Novum Angliae, in addition to declaring war on the United States of America, as all of our citizens enjoy dual-citizenship with that esteemed Nation.
