I really like the body that you did on her, and the hair is nice, poofy, and lively to look at.  It is strange seeing a green backdrop to Pinkie, but I can see why you did it, so there's something that makes her pop out more to the viewer. 

 

 

The only thing I dislike is the head, which I feel is too wide, mostly on the right side of her face.  Moving that in, maybe curving it a little more as well would do wonders on this image.  Also, you didn't add any eyelashes so she appears less girly, especially with her uniquely shaped head.  And, this is just my own personal preference, but I don't think eyebrows are needed so long as the eyelashes are present, or in the very least thin them out.

Thank you for the comment! Though I did forget the eyelashes, which was why the image probably looks off, I do not see or feel that her head is too wide. Maybe it's just me :\

Well... Pinkie does have the whites in her eyeballs, I just tinted them a bit with pink, and the shading was pink as well.
