LunasSubject 50 October 27, 2013 Share October 27, 2013 I tend to do photomanipulations, but I don't actually draw or do digital painting, or at least I didn't! But I was inspired to have a go, and this is the result, an OC named Strawberry Sky. She's not quite right, but she's not too bad either - I'll definitely keep practicing anyway! kodyap1293 23 October 27, 2013 Share October 27, 2013 That is a lot better then my first attempt. It's probably better then what I can draw now. It's really good and you should practice to get even better. 1 Red Hearts: http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/red-hearts-r4676 3DS FC: 5344-0713-4185

dedacct6 2,591 October 28, 2013 Share October 28, 2013 THAT'S YOUR FIRST!!!??? I don't believe you... No I'm kidding but, damn, I honestly think its perfect as your own art style. Only thing I can point out is that the hind legs could use some work.

It was a lot of fun (I mean, it's ponies, how could it not be?) and I'm looking forward to practicing more.
LittleRawr 679 October 28, 2013 Share October 28, 2013 (edited) The legs could use some work, they need to be more rounded and less blocky at the ends. The back legs are rather awkward as well, you should pay extra attention to them the next time you draw. Also, the back is a little off. Let me post an example to show exactly how. If you open the spoiler, you'll see a picture of Twilight. Do you notice how her back curves? You should try and do the same to your next drawing. Overall, other than a couple of nitpicks, this is an amazing first drawing. Good luck with your future ones! Bananashy 79 October 28, 2013 Share October 28, 2013 It looks really pretty for a first. Much better than my attempts! It's a really cute style. The back legs look a bit off, but other than that, there's nothing I could pick on. It looks pretty as it is. Keep on practicing! 1 Fluttershy Cute Face Vector Courtesy to Esipode
