  1. Thank you so much!!! Aww thanks! The shading took nearly forever I've actually been getting into Steven Universe recently so I guess it did reflect on my work
  2. Thank you!!! and brohoof Rarity is best pony
  3. So I took a shot at drawing a humanized Princess Luna :comeatus: I haven't drawn anything pony related in a while so this was really fun to make!
  4. So, I'm trying out a new style, and decided to make an OC with it. Tell me what you people think; critiques, praises, bashes, any input whatsoever would be nice. Nope, totally not based on Elsa from Frozen Speaking of Frozen, you guys should totally watch it. Best DIsney movie I've seen since Beauty and the Beast. Here's one without the transparent BG:
  5. OMG DAT FACE. DAT FACE. DAT ADORABLE DASHIE FACE.
  6. I think Dashie's fangirliness speaks for us all.
  7. I tried drawing again, this time with my Samsung Galaxy Note II SNote ain't that hard after all, but I had to find some work-around due to the lack of layers. So, yeah. Tell me what you think, what I could improve on, any input whatsoever would be nice. Thanks!
  8. Spike fake-fainting looks adorable! If Granny Smith can't fix it, it's trouble. Real trouble. Wat. Everfree can control unicorn magic.
  9. I promised myself I would do something with SAI during the 31-day trial period. After 10-20 something days of practicing, I tried making something. I find it kinda rough, particularly the tail... What do you guys think? As always (sounding like a broken record now but eh), please point out the stuff I should improve on. I'd really appreciate it.
  10. It looks really pretty for a first. Much better than my attempts! It's a really cute style. The back legs look a bit off, but other than that, there's nothing I could pick on. It looks pretty as it is. Keep on practicing!
  11. These sound really personal and sentimental. I feel kinda ashamed at how self-centred mine are. This is... True. True to every word. Acknowledging the fact that other people exist is very important, and can help us understand the events that are happening around us. Thank you for sharing this video.
  12. I'd probably run away in shock, sit down somewhere, then sing my heart out while grinning like an idiot once I realize what happened.
  13. The question's straightforward as it can be, but let me reiterate. What inspires you to do what you do? Rephrased, why do you do the things you do? When I was about 9-10, I read the Harry Potter series and fell in love with it. I was fascinated at how such an amazing thing could be expressed solely through writing. I started trying to write shortly afterwards; the result wasn't exactly... It wasn't bad, but I wasn't contented. Without any bias, though (okay, maybe a little ), I think I improved over the years. This one's a bit more personal, but another time, a year ago, there was this really cute guy in my class who was also a wicked artist. His art was amazing and I couldn't help but stare at his works. So, I really liked him (still do), so I tried to do what he was doing and drew my heart out. Horrible, and still is, but hey, I still do it for his sake, and it's fun too. Win-win. But this isn't about me, it's about you! So, please, think back to AAAAALLLLLLLLLLL the hobbies you've done and think about why you've done them. Doing these kinds of things kinda bring some enlightenment to me, so probably, it'll help you too! TL;DR Check the title. This smiley's adorable. Put it in your replies for my sake. So cute.
  14. Depends on the situation, really. In most cases, I tend to make my eyes huge, and stretch out my arms Carrie-esque, sometimes on purpose; the posture calms me in a way. When it comes to my huge crush, though, my instincts take over and I just run. Ruuuunnn
  15. I'd go back in time to convince Andrew Lloyd Webber that Joel Schumacher the Bat Destroyer is not to be the babysitter for his Phantom-baby. Setting that aside, I would travel in time to any random time in history (while bringing a camera with me) and watch as history is being made (with a camera ready). I so want to see what really happened, or how people really looked. So many questions to be answered! I'd also really like to go back to February of this year, but that's more personal.
  16. Thanks for the nice words! The legs do seem thin, I agree. I've noticed it while drawing but I didn't bother changing it. (I thought nobody would notice)
  17. I realised I haven't posted any sketches on this forum, so I gave it a try. It's far from my best work, and I'm not exactly proud of it. As always, I'd be very glad to hear your word on it. --- Colour Version
  18. Oh my Celestia that looks so friggin' amazing! It looks so perfect in my eyes. I can't criticise perfection! Keep up the gorgeous work!
  19. Thanks for the kind words! The head could use a little thinning, yes. Sloppy Flash drawing is sloppy. Again, thanks for the helpful criticism!
  20. Welp. Another portrait. It's not that I like doing portrait the most; I just find myself doing one. This time, it's a crossover thingy. Ariel from the Little Mermaid in pony form. I have, like, three versions of it. Normal W/out Post-processed Water Transparent Background I'd really appreciate a critique so I can improve on what I have. Thanks!
