Sooo...who created the whole 'Stars will aid in her escape' legend?

I saw a video a while back(can't find it now of course) that brought up a good point. Who wrote up Luna's legend?  The video I saw said it was the problem with having 'god' as part of your cast. Did Celestia herself make it up? If so, then she knew that after 1000 years her sister would escape? You could say its why she started a school for training gifted unicorns, but Twilight knew NOTHING about the Elements of Harmony prior to reading the legend. So even if she had done as Celestia asked and made friends, she wouldn't have known WHERE they were, or HOW to use them, and thus having friends would have gotten her nowhere.

 

If Celestia didn't make it, then who thought they were SOOOOOO knowledgeable about Celestia, Luna, Nightmare Moon, and Elements of Harmony to give that account and know that the EOH  seal would weaken, or that NMM would get strong enough to break out?

Either the author of that book paraphrased a similar legend, or whoever told the legend did. I doubt it'd be Celestia. The book had no visible author, right?

well if it's a head canon video i'd check out Ink Rose on u tube.  she does alot of those,
