I have watched a few episodes of MLP:Friendship is magic, and really read up on a lot of Brony blogs and watched some vlogs. I am unsure on how receptive the community is to new members, but I would just like to introduce myself and hopefully i can meet some people and ask some questions I have on the series as i go along on this magical journey into the world of My Little Pony

Haha, nah take your time. It's probably better to take it slow then to cram everything into one day. Trust me, I did the "Brony Challenge" for Seasons 1+2. (I was seeing ponies for weeks...)
