I dont have to much to say about this really, its pretty much what the title says. 

I just took a reference for his Oc and painted it for him in photoshop.

I really like this! The expression and pose are really good! The only thing I can think of is to add more life to the tail and mane, since the hair of ponies is always very expressive and over-the-top. Either that, or add some more texture. Other then that, great job! I can't wait for you to open a request thread!
