OC paint Skybreeze (Critique plz)

This is basically the same thing I did for . Click me to see other OC!

 

Its pretty much just a converted PS paint of @Skybreeze's OC.

 

Its sort of sloppy around the edges because I don't have the slightest clue as to how Im supposed to make a sharp/clean edge without doing line art. And doing line art in Photoshop is pretty tricky if you'd ask me.

That's a nice picture. The one problem I see are the front hooves the place where they bend should be a bit higher, also you sound add black around the eye lids might be better, over all I like it you get bonus for Vinyl avatar keep up the job

Just like what Luriel said, it's the legs where you need the improvements on, other than that I love that it is a fairly normal looking OC. And the painting quality you have there is fantastic! Try adding more variations of the blue hue in the coat and mane, lighter hues where highlights should be, or darker hues for the shadows. You were doing it already for the hair too, so just remember that Ponies have hair alllll around them.

 

Keep up the great paintings!

I'll begin with. I love your design, simple, and show like, color scheme is a meh though, but that's just me.

Drawing is good but needs work

-the snout mostly, it looks. Like a pigs, maybe add more of a curve, it's too...uhm, too much of a square-like feel I it, make it a little smoother

-the hooves look really awkward, mostly the front hooves maybe its the fact that the joint below the knee, whatever it is. Looks too small compared to the upper leg.

That's all I have to say, it's looking good, hope these tips help you out

Thanks for pointing that out I didn't even notice all that, you have really got an eye for spotting things. 

 

I will defiantly work on the posing and the proportions. As for the color scheme it was mostly because I didn't make an unsatisfying painting for Sky so, I just tried to pull colors form his original OC. But, I do agree that I could work on that as well.
