Shes wearing some kind of costume, a wonderbolt costume maybe? Looks pretty cool, i'm sure when its colored it'll make some more sense aswell. Thanks to Gone Airbourne for the awesome sig! Still, pretty clean work. I can dig it. im doing all the power ponies, twilight plus the other three I haven't colored makes four to color.
