How to make Luna Game-type sounds?

Okay, someone suggested I ask in this section instead, so here goes:

 

You know all those weird distortions that were put on the ponies' vocals in several parts of the Luna Games (the Fluttershy voice clips and the creepy remixes)? Does anyone know how to produce those kinds of distortions? I especially want to know how to recreate that one jumpscare sound--which, if you don't know, is actually a heavily distorted Fluttershy clip.

 

Here are some examples:

At 0:53 on this one is the distorted Fluttershy screamer:

 

So yeah, I wanna know how to make really creepy distortions like that. If anyone knows, please tell me!
