Seth glared at the new pony, snarling at him. "You!" Seth yelled, getting up. Andrew's head fell to the floor.

 

"What the hell, Seth!" Andrew yelled, gripping his throbbing head. Looking at the pony, he gave it a confused look. "I... don't know you."

 

"Oh, you do. Don't you recognize his scent?"

 

"Human."

 

"I'll give you a guess." Seth said, turning to the pony. "Why the hell are you here?!?"

*Seth jumped at the Evil Night and got shocked*

"Argh!" Was the only thing Blacklight could let out as he grunted painfully as he could feel his blood draining. Struggling in vain to get out of his bonds, he yelled in pain, " Come on! There...has to be a...way out!" I can't die like this! He thought to himself as he looked around for anyway to get out of his predicament. 

 

Earrvi wasn't in much of a better situation as he looked up from examining the door as Seth and Andrew slowly awakened. He was about to call out to them though was cut off as Seth was suddenly sent reeling from some sort of electric shock. Turning to see was Seth had jumped at, he first thought it was Night...upon closer inspection however, differences began to show. It didn't take long to add two plus two together as he muttered darkly, " Evil Night." He seemed in the process of gloating his 'victory'. Well, well, let's see if I can't turn his show of arrogance to my advantage... Rising up, he slowly spoke mockingly, taunting Night, " So...this is the mighty Evil Night. I have to admit, your a bit less than with I expected. I mean look at you, gloating your suppose victory while we sit behind this cages, almost like a child visiting a lion at the zoo. A bit pathetic of the fearsome Night if you ask me..."

Seth fell to the ground, the electricity coursing through his body. Andrew had awoken at this point, and was over his wolven friend to make sure he was ok.

 

"Seth, Seth!" He called to the wolf, to no avail. He checked his pulse and found he was only unconscious.

"Great Night!" Blacklight exclaimed as he saw Night teleport out of his bonds. Glancing at the door, he turned back towards Night as he asked, " Now if you don't mind, could you please get us out of these restraints." He pulled on his lightly to reiterate his point. 

 

Earrvi turned away from Evil Night as he muttered, his voice full of sarcasm, " Well so much for your brillant plan. So, back to getting out of here..." He looked over to Andrew and asked, " So how's Seth?"

Andrew checked the burns from the shock, then turned to Earrvi. "He should be fine. If his lore is true, then he could walk that off no problem." He said, patting his wolf on the side. He then tore off his sleeves of his shirt and used them as a makeshift bandage for the burns.

Blacklight rubbed his hooves briefly before following the others until he stopped, hearing Evil Night yell. Turning around he glanced to Night as he said, a finality entering his voice towards the end, " Night, you teleport the others out of here. I'll give you as much time as I can."  Taking off, he flew as quickly as he could though the facility's narrow hallways, barely avoiding collision as he banked tightly though a sharp turn. 

 

Earrvi, who had been disturbed by Evil Night's yell, only stared in dispair as Blacklight flew of to face Night...alone. " Blacklight no! Come back, it's suicide!" He began to run after Blacklight, trying to catch up to him.

Blacklight had almost made it back to confront Evil Night was banking sharply around the corner when a laser suddenly appeared. He tried to avoid it as it clipped his wing, causing him to yell in agony as he crashed into the ground, the flesh on his wing bubbling from where his wing had come in contact with the laser. Gasping from the utter agony coming from his wing, he slowly rose to his hooves as he told himself,  Come on...you...have...to...stop Night....Unable to furl his wing, he left it open at he side as he realized he was surrounded. Falling into a defensive postion, he said painfully, " Come on...come at me!" 

 

Earrvi has lost sight of Blacklight as he flew ahead of him though he still ran though the facility's narrow halls, a burning feeling beginning to build up in his lungs. Blacklight hold on I'm coming!

Taking the wrist watch, he ran down the hall and charged after the other human. He hoped he could make some effort in the saving of the pony by his actions.

Blacklight looked up to glare at Evil Night though eyes burry from the pain coming off his wing, unable to see clearly. " Hah! Help you...give me one reason..." he stalled, hoping to buy as much time as he could for the others. Agh...he thought as another wave of pain flashed though him from his injured wing...Well it looks like I'm not going flying anytime soon, not like it's going to matter now. All I have to do now is buy the others enough time to get out safely...He barely noticed as blood continued to pour out of where the needles had gone in him,  beginning to soak though his leather armor.

 

Earrvi finally stopped at the corner of one of the hallways, panting as he cold realization hit him. I'm lost...and I have no idea where Blacklight is and for that matter any of the others, who probably at this point are far away from here. Still above that, three question gnawed at his mind. Why Blacklight? Why couldn't you have gone with us? Why save us but doom yourself?  

 

Nearby Twilight, a bush began shaking slightly and a faint groan could be heard.

Blacklight looked away, appearing to ponder the offer. After what felt like an eternity, a small chuckle began to emerge from him, it quickly grew, causing him to go out into full blown laughter that lasted for several minutes until it slowly died away. Raising a hoof to wipe a tear out of his eye, he replied, " I must say it's an interesting offer but I'm going to have to say no. Mainly for two reasons...One, I'm not going to be anypony's puppet. Second, since I've arrived here I've been stabbed, told my life's is not but creature's fantasy, nearly had my wing cut off, fallen, druged, and finally held against my will by you and your double enough times that I've lost count. I've been trying to get out of this hellhole as soon as I've arrived. What makes you think I want to stay here and be you puppet. Finally that human and the others are my best way of getting out of here, something I doubt you could or would. Anyway, are we going to sit here talking all day or are you going fight?"

 

Earrvi only glanced at Caelan, as he placed on the watch and replied, " Ok, now come on we need Blacklight! Do you remember how to get to him?"

Blacklight's defiant smirk disappeared completely as he saw Caelan round the corner into the room. Turning to him, he yelled in confusion, " W-What!?! What are you still doing here?! You should miles away from here, safe..." He trailed off as his light-headness from blood lost and stress combined in the form of a massive headache, causing him to sway a bit before regaining his balance. 

 

Earrvi rounded the corner, right on Caelan heels and nearly slammed into him as he stopped. Peering out from behind him, he found Blacklight, obviously injured as he noticed the burns stretching across Blacklight's wing. His eyes then moved to the opposite end of the room where he found someone...no something talking to Caelan. Oh, what did we get ourselves into...he thought.
