If you figure Earth Pony genes are dominant over all and Pegasus over unicorn it would run this way for my family:

 

My Grandfather on my Father's side was a Earth Pony with pegasus genes...  Ep

 

My Grandmother on my Father's side was a Unicorn .. uu

 

My Father was an Earth Pony Eu

 

My Grandfather on my Mother's side was an Earth Pony Ep

 

My Grandmother on my Mother's side was a Pegasus pp

 

My Mother was a Pegasus pp

 

I am a pegasus with unicorn genes Pu

My lineage is Eu, because my parents and grandparents are both earth ponies.
