Question: What forum or place do we post things related to the fandom?

I've seen so many forums here and it's fantastic and all, but I've not seen one about stuff inside the fandom (Excluding art) and the people inside. If there is a place, great! But if there isn't, then it'll be nice to designate a place or to make one.
