Haruko vs Harley Quinn

Who would win if these two faced off? For this fight, we're going with pre rehab Harley Quinn. Now, on to the character analysis

 

Harley Quinn - A former psychiatrist, she fell in love with the Joker due to her obsession with dementia. She soon decided to bust Joker out and she became crazy. She has many deadly weapons at her disposal, first and foremost, a giant mallet. I forgot what other weapons she uses, but I'm pretty sure joker bombs are one of them.

 

Haruko - One insane guitar wielding badass. She's an alien from the anime FLCL and she used a boy named Naota to pull out giant robots, guitars, and  I think other stuff (I forgot, it's been a while) out of his head. For this fight, we're assuming she doesn't have Naota on hand to supply weapons. But she's still batshit insane and she brought a guitar, a rocket launcher and her robot with her. And she could destroy property to create other weapons as well.
