Why are mlp bed sheets impossible to find?

Google knows everything and even google can't find very many. Most of the ones it can find are for toddlers or little girls, aka the tiny single ones for tiny beds. Where are all the queen size Fluttershy sheets and pillowcases? I can only assume that no one wants to pay hasbro the huge fees it would take to let them make pony stuff.

 

Even if you put aside the official mass produced stuff, I can't seem to find any fan made man custom sheets either. Plenty of 200+ dollar stuffed plush ponies. Does the world have a problem with people sleeping with Fluttershy?

I hate to say this... But MLP IS for children, so unless you get someone on say, etsy to make you one, chances are you'll only find them for the intended audience.

So you say... And yet, how many kids know who cheese sandwhich is voiced by, or even have ever seen discords voice actors previous work in film and television?  Hasbro is smart enough to know who has the money to spend on pony stuff, and its not the kids.

 

You do make a valid point about the small sizes on sheets.  Then again, at least in the United States, kids are getting much bigger much faster.  They should make bigger sheets for those kids dont you think?  <---(This was a joke)

your argument on the voice actors doesn't hold much water buddy, as a kid did you know any of the voice actors? doubtful

and they're made in toddler sizes because as i said, its intended foryoung childrend dood, yes hasbro knows of us, but they try to sell for the children more often than the adults

I've seen some larger mlp sheets around. Saw one at Hot Topic the other day that looked really good. I've seen fan made ones around unfortunately, most of them are NSFW.

You're probably not gonna find anything officially made by Hasbro that's beyond a twin, since their execs still have their heads up their butts when it comes to recognizing the "off-target" adult demographic. Incidentally, I've found twin-sized sheets and comforters at both Target and Walmart.

 

For larger beds, I'd say ask around Hot Topic or Spencers. Other than that, your best bet would be to have some sheets commissioned, if there are any pony artists out there who'll print bedsheets.

Now, I think you're blowing things a little out of proportion here. Bed sizes are pretty universal, so a pony blanket for a single sized mattress is most likely going to be the same size as any other single sized blanket. Pillowcase sizes are even more universal, and generally made with a one-size-fits-all standard.
As for any larger blankets, you're best just asking around with people who make other pony stuff such as plushies, or better yet ask someone who knows how to make blankets, to make one with a pony theme.

I did read on some random page that hot topic sometimes has pony stuff. I checked the online store and its mostly shirts.  Or a pinkie pie mug.  I am only interested in fluttershy sheets atm. They had a spencers at the mall back in florida where i lived ten or so years ago.  I think they closed that mall though.  I blame the internet.  Guess I will keep looking.

But I doubt you'll find any queen sized sheets. Even fan made ones would be hard to come by. Since bed sheets like that are silk screened on, and how many people have a silk screen machine large enough to do a queen size bed sheet? Not many...unfortunately.

 

Though, I'm sure you could at least find a Fluttershy pillowcase....I know I've seen people silk screen them on or use a custom printed iron on.Heck,with an Iron on, you could probably do it yourself with a pillow case, and some transfer paper that you can put through your printer.

But what size are they? I could live with princess luna sheets if I had to. Pinkie pie.... That might be a bit too weird. I am not big on shopping so I don't know of any specialty stores.

 

I have a dancing fluttershy shirt I wear when I go to the casinos in biloxi and no one has ever even asked what she was. I doubt anyone would care if I bought a bunch of pony merchandise. Not sure if peoples lack of pony knowledge is good or bad, but I am leaning toward bad.

I just remembered that I bought them 2 years ago, so you might not find them again

They were single bedded ones, I don't think i can use them anymore because I have a double bed now.

As for the design; on one side they had Pinkie and the CMC on the other.

Just for kicks I googled custom printed bed sheets. Turns out that more than one company can do sheets from photos. The problem now is how to get around that unfortunate rule about having to own the right to anything they print. Can't just pull a screenshot from an episode and use that. Not sure if they would even let me use a fan drawn picture. I should have been a lawyer so I would know what's legal and what's not.
