(edited)

It looks as if she had just one huge eyeball inside her entire head, peeking out through the eye holes.

Those are teeth? o_O I wouldn't figure it myself. I thought they were some kind of white lips. They seem to be outside anyways.

Strange choice of colors. It could be good for a Changeling, but not much for a Pony.

But keep trying. There's lot to learn for you out there. And with time and practice you will get better.

like i said previously i have already made a new design for her she will still be the same colors except her eyes

also she is looking to the side slightly so that she doesn't look like a cyclops. thank you for your criticism it might come in handy

Nice :) This means that you're improving very fast.

P.S. Maybe I should replace my avatar generated by Pony Generator into my own hand-drawn one too?

thanks that's really nice of you :) here is a quick sketch of the new design of dramatic effect hope you like it

Yes, this one is much better! Especially the expression of her face, and her eye.

Hmm... I smell some manga inspirations here, and a bit of Sonic the Hedgehog perhaps.

BTW you really need to work on her colors. Artists usually don't pick colors at random. There are certain laws of Harmony for colors as well as there are in music. Some colors work well together, some are too much contrasting or disagreeing (discording), and it's better not to mix them, unless you want your viewers' eyes ache. Observe how the artists who create MLP choose their colors; they're usually good at it. You won't find much "primary" or saturated colors there in the show. They use more pastel and toned down colors, because they usually look more natural to the eye. There are not much "primary" colors in Nature either. That's why I often use photos of nature (e.g. some sand beach with an ocean, or a forest, or a meadow with a blue sky over it etc.) and pick colors from there into my palette. This way they often fit together automatically and look more natural, since they're not so much saturated and contrasting.

her colors were suppose to make her look creepy. but if it does not give that feel do you have any suggestions on her color scheme. it would be much appreciated.
