Sweetie Belles mane is weird, other then that it looks good. 7/10.

Aww, that's so cute! Sweetie is adorable! But Rarity's smile bugs me a bit...maybe it's the fact that it's almost vertical on her face. Try placing it so it looks more horizontal. ^^

Alright, Foxxy here to get her critique on. At ease(assuming you got up to clap. You didn't? How rude!).

 

-Both of their manes look funny due to the fact that they are slightly transparent. Think of it like this; hair should be one big mass with the occasional loose strand here and there. With the right texturing, it will look quite nice

 

-Rarity's horn is quite short and fat.Though this might just be because I paint my ponies with fairly long horns

 

-Sweetie belle's horn seems to be non-existent

 

-The brush used for Rarity's eyelashes should've been denser, but I'll let that slide

 

-The brush used for both Sweetie and Rarity's mane should have had min size set to 0% so that the eyelashes would taper(assuming you use paint tool sai)

 

-Their mouth's are vertical

 

That's just about it. Remember that those were all minor nitpicks that when fixed, will help your painting stand out. Nonetheless, this already stunning, much better than most stuff I've seen by a long shot.
