That pretty good. Though the body seems a tad off. May want to increase the neck size or thin the body out a bit and make the wings a bit bigger. But overall thats good. Im personaly amazed people can draw really good OC ponies like this one. I cant do free hand drawings. I need to have a refrence. But anyway just keep at it. You are very close.

Honestly this is not bad. I assume you free handed this right? I can draw some ponies ok, but i need a refrence, it comes out terrible for me if i free hand it. So yea over all this is not bad. You got the hair mostly correct and the body dimensions are very close. Just need a bit more detail. Lot better then i could free hand. May want to practice by looking at some pictures and drawing them.
