Hey, my new SFM animation is out now.
This video took me about two months on-and-off work.
The thumbnail took about an hour and a half.
Here's the title card from the original episode:
Here's the thumbnail:
I hope everyone enjoys my work.
"The Red team have failed multiple times against their robot adversaries. After finding out the dreadful news that their foes have disabled the respawn device, losing their fellow team mates for good is like lead weighing down in their hearts. Now they will stand at nothing to reap the robot menace and avenge their friends."
Or something like that.
Nefarious has teamed up with the machines of TF2 to destroy Ratchet and Clank, then the universe!
I had fun with lighting on this, even though it was kind of wonky when I was setting it up.
I figured instead of making this into a topic or posting in that dead topic that I made a month ago, I'll just throw it onto a blog entry instead.
Like usual, all stuff made by me will get posted here on MLPForums earlier than on my DeviantArt page.
This poster was made by me on July 1st and it took roughly a half hour.
Also check my new Youtube Channel for my animations in SFM. I wanted to keep it separated from my gaming channel.
I'll make this blog entry short and sweet. These are my personal Pros and Cons
Pros of using SFM:
All of the models and props are presented to you right at the get go.
Camera and lightning are easy to work with
No need to use 2 or 3 other programs for special effects.
Posing is easier
Cons of using SFM:
Want a specific model or prop that would make a scene 50x better and no one else thought of this? Too bad.
Pose to pose can be a giant pain, especially a lot of movement
