YIGY Beginner: Post-Post Zombie Apocalypse

This is the first post, so it won't get the formatting I plan to use for the rest.   Today's prompt is simple: A SOL (Slice of Life) set in a post-post zombie apocalypse. As in, enough time has past that humanity and society has successfully rebuilt everything.
