Anywho, onto the subject of an arch-nemesis for your OC. You don't want it to be an Alicorn so let's make him a Unicorn, because all villains have to be powerful. You say that your OC is below par when it comes to magic, well let's make him very good at magic. Give him a filthy mouth (always spouting foul language) and most importantly, give him the worst attitude ever (kinda like Trixie's attitude in "Magic Duel". Give him feelings and personalities that are the exact opposite of your OC.

These are great ideas, ooh a unicorn villian? Hmm defiently was thinking too much outside the box. I guess i was thinking more pegasus or outside the pony species like dimaond dog or gryphon. But a pony nemesis that's a unicorn is a defient good start.

Okay, I some more ideas for a villain for your OC (Let's brainstorm)

My first idea is that he could be one of those villains who are really unassuming and fit into society very well. In fact, all other ponies think he's a nice guy when only you and your friends know him for what he really is. I got the idea from the T-1000 from Terminator 2. In fact, you could make him a Royal Guard so he could pretty much be a ponified T-1000 (except the villain we're planning isn't a Terminator)

My next idea is that he could a really intelligent, brains-over-brawn villain. I got the idea from the following villains;

Hannibal Lector (Silence of the Lambs)

H.A.L. 9000 (2001: A Space Odyssey)

Alex DeLarge (A Clockwork Orange)

Khan Noonien Singh (Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan)

The species of the villain is entirely up to you. These ideas any good?

All very good ideas dude but i've established her villian already, he's in my signature, I call him Chase Razor, he's actually a character based off two real people I know from my younger life, my ex and my utlimate bully from middle school.

This antagonist is the exact opposite of Bliss. Where as she wants to get along with others and bring about peace, has a blissful personality despite her tragidies...her villian thrives on bringing harm to others, taunting and harassing others that he would deem 'unworthy'. They've both had tragic pasts.

Where as Bliss lost her father from a heart attack, Chase lost his mother, not by death but divorce by humilitation from his father (details in his OC thread). He also was a high class magic user in his class back in Canterlot before he was forced to move to Appleloosa where Bliss would later move to. Bliss barely knows the basic of magic and has no real target talent to it unlike he does.

Their rivalry, well i wouldn't call it a rivalry, Chase just flat out wants to seek revenge because she refused to take interest in him (he had a crush on her and tried to show off in front of her by bullying another class mate), and she stood up to him back when they were foals at school. She made him look foolish and not as scary to their peers...which is what he thrived on, his pride, his pleasure, she basically took that away form him. So he picked on her their entire school years till they graduated and went their seperate ways. However he never forgot...
