Ah, July 27th, 2012, the day when my life took a major turn. I was depressed, homesick, and nervous for high school. I was an active member on the Sonic Stadium forums, and I saw people with pony avatars. I heard about the Brony phenomenon, but I didn't think much of it, so out of desperation to feel better, I decided to give the show a chance. The moment where Twilight and Spike move from Canterlot to Ponyville reminded me a lot of my move from California to Texas, and from that point, I was hooked. My favorite pony has changed a couple of times. At first, it was Twilight, then Applejack, and for the longest time and she still is my favorite, Pinkie.

I'm going to watch the first two-parter, something I did last year to reflect being a Brony. My collection has actually started, and I'm liking what I'm getting, even though most of it is Pinkie Pie stuff. I adore her.

I decided to go to this place out of boredom, and I can safely say that I love it here, and I've made several friends here. I'm also lucky that I have a few real life friends that are Bronies, so I'm not alone.

Being a Brony is a great thing, and I'm still insanely into the show today. Because of the awesomeness that is Season 4, I cannot wait for Season 5, and anything else in the future for what I consider to be the best animated show in this day and age.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have some cake to eat.
