I made some characters to compliment the NIAJH, or Nation Internation Association of Justice and Heroics.

The Internation National Corporation of Evil And Villainy (INCEV)

Mr. Evil: The leader of the NIAEV. Has only one actual arm; his other arm is a cannon. Laughs a lot.

The Toymaker: A old toy maker gone mad. He attacks with toy guns, boomerangs, and other things.

The Rocket: A woman who can fly, but only up; she can not steer at all. Fires missiles from hands.

Thorn: You might think she has plant powers or something, but she just wears a really prickly outfit.

The Roach: A guy who can summon lots of roaches.

Dr. Compute: A woman who wears a computer monitor for a helmet. She's also really smart, but I mean...computer monitor helmet. Wow.

Skeletone: An evil signing skeleton. That's all you really need to know.

Other "superheroes"

Wolf Man: A brooding "lone wolf" anti-hero. He tries to create a cool and mysterious image, but he gets beaten up all the time. Real name: Bob Poindexter

The Brain: The only actually competent "hero". Has telekinesis and other psychic powers. She stays far, far away from NIAJH. Real name: Wendy Willson

Mr. Amazing: Eagle Man's brother, with an even larger ego. Also has no powers. Real name: Dave Doe
