Sometimes I Create Characters: Lemon Pudding
I love making characters. It's fun to create individual ponies and fill out their personalities, lives, hopes, dreams, fears... I don't know. I just love characters.
When it comes to OCs, I like to use characteristics that relate to me (at least to some extent), so I can pull from my own experience and make them believable. I've tried in the past to make one and only one OC, but... I can't put my entire self into one OC. It gets too complicated.
So I've decided to write about some of my OCs here.. I'm sure I'll stick them into the character database too, of course.. but I wanna put them here too.. because they're easier for me to find. However, since I'm lazy, I've been using the pony maker game to design the ponies (or at least, the basic concept of them). I'll draw them.. eventually.
Anyway.. without further ado...
Name: Lemon Pudding
Age: Young Mare'
Tribe: Earth Pony
Family: Parents (Jello Jitter and Summer Sunblaze)
Pets: None
Occupation: Painter and cafe worker (helps out in her parents' cafe)
Cutie Mark: A rainbow paintbrush with paint made of stars and sparkles, to represent her imagination and her ability to create extremely realistic, magically interactive paintings.
Lemon Pudding grew up in Ponyville, spending most of her time helping her parents in their cafe. Her parents took notice of her artistic talent and decided to let her take some art classes. Lemon Pudding was a natural creative, and a natural painter. As she grew, she realizes she could make her paintings move, and ponies (herself included, of course) could interact with them.
When she grew old enough to be on her own, she began to sell her magical paintings full time, and they've become popular enough throughout Equestria for her to make a comfortable living off of them. She's been invited to live in a few other bigger cities, but she would rather stay in Ponyville, her favorite place in Equestria, and be around to help her parents in the cafe when they need it.
