History:

Assassin is a German Thrash Metal formed band in 1982 in Düsseldorf, the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia, firstly under the name Satanica, then in 1983 under their definitive name Assassin. After 2 demos and a live album, the band released their first two studio albums, The Upcoming Terror and Interstellar Experience in '87 and '88, then after another demo, the band splited-up for an unfortunate reason: The band got their instruments stolen, and they had no money to buy new gears, so they were forced to disband. Then they reformed in 2002 after a meeting that went perfectly well, to after record the album The Club that was released in 2005. 6 years later, in 2011, they released Breaking The Silence and a compilation called Chronicles Of Resistance. In 2012 they have released their last material to date, with a video called Chaos and Live Shots.
