You know, I do have to ask myself... Is entertaining by being crazy and over the top becoming a thing now? We got quite a bit of that in Slice of Life and to a lesser, better contextualized extent in Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep. Now we see it here as well. Could this be some kind of trend?

I will say that, generally, whatever manages to make an impact tends to gets exploited and reused afterwards, until it starts to wear out its welcome.
