It's for the protection of everyone involved. I, too, was twelve on a forum once (albeit a forum that appealed to a vastly different audience...) and eventually outed myself due to guilt. Nearly instant ban, though the people there missed me for weeks afterward.

Still, it's for the best. No reason for the Forums to get shut down because someone didn't wait four months to join.

Dude, she broke a rule and was banned because of it. You don't have to make such a big deal out of this.
