I strongly suggest you write something that you are comfortable and familiar with. Such as your life experiences and your hopes, dreams, and aspirations. Those should come naturally to you.

lol it gets significantly worse (I have a 10pg research paper due next week). The best introductory paragraphs start broad and then narrow their focus. So, my suggestion is that you start by describing a event that had significant impact on your life and then narrow down how it shaped you personally. Then go from there.
