Which is why we are also calling this month Autism Acceptance Month, instead of "Awareness" which is what Autism Speaks was pushing for.

Don't be ashamed. You're not "worse" because you have Autism. You're good at some things, and not so great at others, just like everyone else.

We should not be afraid and not be ashamed all because we have autism.

I am not for shaming autism spectrum disorder. I am for accepting it and making the best out of it.

That is why I made this documentary short film on Autism Advocacy which has a very encouraging and inspirational message that is not to be missed.
