I just raged at BF3 single player on hard mode.

 

I went up to a car for cover- a guy with an rpg blew up the car and killed me.

I walked up to a door- a guy shot through the door and killed me.

I started walking across a seemingly safe place- a guy comes out with a truck and runs me over.

I find a nice cover behind some rocks- a tree falls down forcing me to run before it squashed me to death, only resulting in the enemy killing me.

I turn around a corner- a guy shoots me in the face with a shotgun.

Alternative version: I turn around a corner- a guy stabs me in the throat.

I try to duck behind cover- plane goes and kills me.

I carefully overlook the edge of a building- I get sniped in the face.

I get ready to snipe someone- guy comes up behind me and knifes me in the throat.

Alternative version: I get ready to snipe someone- grenade blows me up.

I have low health and jump from 3 feet- die from fall damage.

I lock onto tank- tank spots me and blows me up.

I run from one secure spot to the next- get gunned down.

I walk down stairs- man behind stairs shoots me to death.

I respawn- on stairs and man shoots me to death again.

I turn around a corner and spot enemies then decide to go back around corner- ally comes up and pushes me around corner again so I die.

I shoot a rocket at a tank- ally in front of me stands up causing the rpg to explode right in front of me resulting in my death.

I throw a grenade- it goes high up in the air, hits something, bounces back, lands right on top of me, explodes, I die.

I'm causally walking- guy with rpg blows me up.

I'm get heavily damaged and duck behind cover- they shoot my cover to bits and kill me.

 

I don't think I need to go on to prove my point.
