Sonic Hacks! Nothing but!

I haven't done a stream covering ROM hack yet, so this ought to be a good switch up from my usual stuff.

Specifically, I want to cover the new hacks from Sonic Retro's Sonic Hacking Contest, Only Sega Genesis, 32X and Sega CD games, though.
