Habitat: Nunahoof, Caneighda.

Backstory: Living in the arctic north of the Caneighdian territory of Nunahoof, dwells a muskox of wisdom. He guides all the arctic animals through very treacherous journeys and gives them food and shelter. During his free time, he treks through the harsh blizzards and ice, using advice from his ancestors, and lives in various abandoned caves during the night. Whenever the snow thaws, he explores the beautiful mountains and grassy plains, eating plants, fruits, and vegetables to keep his energy up.

Then on a beautiful, cold day, ice fog appeared in the northern tip of Nunahoof. Intrigued by the beauty of sparkling frost, he ventured inside. The wind blew, and the sharp cold wind blew deep into his thick coat. But not willing to retreat, he continued to walk deeper into the ice fog, where the crystals glowed brighter and the sun pierced through the overcast sky and fog. When he stopped walking to take a bite of snow, the wind calmed, and the ice fog slowly dissipated. What he saw in front of him, crystal houses, castle, temple, and floor surrounded him.

The Crystal Empire.

He looked around and noticed everything is quiet and abandoned. No Crystal Pony peered out from a window or doorway. Although he heard about this legend, he had a hunch it was true, that The Crystal Empire existed. But it was said to be lost and hidden deep into the depths of the ice. Why it came back, he wasn't certain.

But he sensed an ominous presence, one who didn't want him there. It sounded gargled, but angry and hungry. So he respected the spirit's wishes and left, but not without finding some old parchment and quill to write a letter to Caneighda's parliament.
