The common difference between a dream and a reality.

I've told myself (and you guys) that I'd be writing more blogs and here is my attempt despite having limited time lol

A lot has been going on. So many things. Between the beautiful, the bad and the chaotic.
It feels like a dream. <3

But would you like to know a little life hack if you're ever so lost in anything that you don't know if it's a dream?

Ahem

Well, when it's not a dream, you tend to question it.

When it IS a dream, the freakin Hamburgler could be ransacking your fridge and you'd just shrug and say hello as if that were an every day occurrence.

*giggle*

Just a small post to start my day and make it a habit. I hope you lovelies have a lovely day and continue being the unique being that is you.
Lots to share but just not enough time to get around to it. Hopefully that'll change in due time <3
Take care!

Sincerely,
Silky

I've heard that one way to lucid dream is to ask yourself if you're dreaming all the time. I've never managed to lucid dream for more than a few seconds right before I wake up.

This is actually very true and SO cool! One habit to help with lucid dreaming is looking at your palms to see the details of your hands. According to the advice, you’ll soon know you’re dreaming since the details won’t come up.

well guess what? One time I was in a dream and suspected I was. Looked at my palms.. saw details of them. Thing about dreams is that whatever you focus on with emerge LOL so that’s another thing to keep in mind.

I love how my little joke turned into an actual topic of something semi relevant lol I love you guys ^_^

The dream life hack is far too relatable to me, given how weird dreams I tend to get, sweetie XD

It actually is very spot on in all seriousness though. Like in dreams you can be experiencing so many weird things. I've had plenty. I couldn't run, I was in areas that obviously I can't be in, I was even a freaking jedi in several dreams and not even once was I like "yeah, that's weird, I have to be dreaming" xD At times I woke up in complete disbelief in fact, shocked that I WAS dreaming.

And reality? It tends to be more abstract than dreams in a way. The way things sometimes happen, even the way we experienced some things together. It feels so surreal at times that I really need to pinch myself to verify if I am actually awake. It sounds so completely ridiculous, but I guess that is how human mind works. And I think that is what makes it interesting <3

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think the catch with lucid dreams is that when you get a bit too excited, living your deepest life dreams through lucid dreaming etc you tend to wake up. Almost as if our mind just cannot contain this much mental intensity and just goes into a full reset mode :muffins:

Could be. I'm definitely not an expert.

Directions were unclear. Punched the Hamburgler, then dreamed about questions.
...I think I might be in jail for punching a mascot. :ButtercupLaugh:

I remember that several times my dreams were so absurd that I forced myself to wake up while sleeping. Is it lucid dreaming? However, apart from that, I have never been able to control my actions in dreams.

I am also quite fascinated that we are able to dream a continuation of our previous dreams. It's amazaing how our brains work.

Nevertheless, for few year I have been unable to remember my dreams. When I wake up I know I was dreaming but can't remember anything from it. Oh well...
