Indeed it is!  I couldn't agree with you more! The organ can be found in some secular places like concert halls, and civic/city/town halls, etc. so there is a variety of places where they can be found aside from churches. Aside from those specific locations, nowadays, it's never been any more straightforward than now to get access to an organ in one way or another.
