How quickly does that thing drain your batteries and how big is the resulting explosion?

I actually did try it though. Like one would expect, absolutely nothing happens. No black holes consume the planet or anything.

Well, having so many peripherals hooked up to the GBA like that won't do any harm, because nothing happened at all when I turned it on. It just acted like there wasn't a cartridge in it. I only tried actually turning it on because I knew nothing would happen, and because my poor attempt to make it look like Skyrim was running on a GBA SP would look 0.0001% more convincing with the added bit of illumination from the screen visible on the front of it.
