so ive noticed lately that my near emotionless state is being interrupted by weird...i dont know, random emotional outbursts i guess is the best way to classify them, so im going to start doucumenting when one of these happen

last night, went to pick up my phone to set my alarm, and dropped it, now normally this is no big deal, i just bend over and pick it up, but instead a flare of anger attacked me, and for those few seconds i was just extreamly angry, and then it went way, just like that, and i was left confused as to why i got so angry
