On the whole, I think I liked this episode a tad more than you did.  My inner critic, though, won't let me proclaim this as an early favorite for best ep of the season.  But it's always a joy to read well written walls of text from other members.  See ya!

Thank you, and I rewatched it today, and with far better animation quality I actually ended up liking it a lot more (though my critiques still stand, it's just I found it to be much more enjoyable this time).
