Just go out and post and add people. That's what i did. You slowly whittle those fish to the good and nice ones who hold conversations with you.

I've hung around less than 3 months now, and I've got 16,000 profile views and 1613 brohoofs, even after losing 180 because of site maintenance. (Yeahh, if I hadn't lost any, I'd have 1793  )

I've been around since October 24th, 2013.

By the time I hit 100 posts, I had less than 20 brohoofs and less than 600 profile views.

None of my posts were ever acknowledged, my statuses got no replies, but dammit, I didn't let that get me down. I still went out there and tried making new friends, no matter if they were Sir.Flutter hooves or a Blank Flank that hung around for a couple of hours and never came back. I still have that philosophy, actually.

I didn't give up, I stuck around and made new friends, and you can too, very easily. Just don't be afraid to throw yourself out into the community, and you'll make friends in no time.
