Strong Hooves

Cloud decided to join ratchet after he got fresh bandages from the infirmary. "I wasn't much help with the attack, hopefully I can be of better use now" he told Ratchet as he joined him. He sighed "This honestly isn't what I expected at all" he said.

Six chuckled and looked at Vinyl, "Ahm her older brother, it's mah job ta tease her" he said while ruffling her mane.

Cloud looked back at Striker, a strained look on his face. "I'm fine. Just heading back to get some pain meds from the nurse." he said as he limped onward.

Six chuckled and wrapped a foreleg around his sister shoulder playfully "Awe, is wittle sissy scared of a club? Don't worry, of you need to hold my hoof just ask" he said chuckling.

Cloud couldn't help but to roll his eyes once again. He should've known better than to think she'd be better than the uptight, snobby mares that inhabit Canterlot. "Whatever 'ma'am'" he replied sarcastically. He walked to her bags, realizing she didn't really know much about 'packing lightly'. He gave an agitated sigh and lifted the bags onto his back, carrying them with relative ease. They boarded the train and were taken to their sleeper car where they would be staying until they reached the Equestrian shoreline. The sleeper car held a couple beds, as well as a couch near the car window and a table in the center, a nice perk when you travel with the royal cook, you get to travel first class. Cloud trotted toward the table and pulled the map out of his saddlebag, as well as a mapping compass that he always kept with him and began checking their route they would be taking on this journey. "Youre headed quite some distance Miss Rice. What exactly are you looking for that would take you so far from home? You don't seem the type to travel for the fun of it" he said, at least trying to make decent conversation with her.

Six smiled at the mentioned song, "That'd be perfect! Well let ya listen to it when we get back to her house" he said happily He then thought a moment, "Well you know the best places ta hang out. Where do ya think we should go?"

Six merely shrugged, "Me and Timber make our own original pieces. Ah never had ta come up with remixes. Don't really think ahd be much help" he replied.

Six merely listened to their conversation, having no idea who these bands were they we're talking about.

Six looked over at the new pony and gave a smile, nodding his head in greeting. He noticed the pony only had three legs, but he didnt stare nor say anything, who was he to judge?

Six sat down and let Timber order first, then he ordered a dandelion sandwich with hay fries. He turned to Vinyl and waited for her to order before speaking to her.

Six looked at both the mentioned areas, Sugarcube Corner seemed to be more of a sweets shop, and although Six loved a good cupcake as much as the next pony, he needed an actual lunch. "Let's head to the cafe" he said with a smile.

Six thought a moment, but his stomach answered for him. With a sheepish grin he said "Know any good places ta eat?"

Six smiled at Vinyl and kissed her on the cheek, "Thanks" he said to her.

Six gave a dry chuckle "Yeah well let them poke their fun. Ah like how ah look and don't care whoever don't like it"

Six blushed as Vinyl called out the ponies and called his eyes sexy. When offered her sunglasses, he chuckled and gently nudged her "Nah ahm fine. Thanks though" he replied. Looking a little more cheered up he added "Ahve learned ta live with the teasin. Ah am who ah am and nopony can say otherwise. Thanks fer the compliment Wubby"

Six listened to the two ponies conversations, a small smile on his face. "Well perhaps you could make music with me and Timber, think you could work with two guitar players?" he asked playfully. As they walked, they passed a couple ponies who kept casting glances at Six, "What the buck is wrong with his eyes?" whispered one of them, causing the others in the group to snicker and laugh. Six heard this, he sighed and looked down at the ground, a somber expression on his face.

Six nodded to Sonics question, "Eeyup, me and Timber play guitar together. Been playin together fer years."

Six thought a moment then said "Well ahd like ta check out where we'll be performing. Then perhaps find a place ta eat." he replied.

Six thought a moment but then turned to Sonic when he heard him mutter, "Buddy, don't push it" he said sternly, but also humorously as if in joking. He turned back to Vinyl, "Where's the best place ta hang out? Like a social place."

Six chuckled and blushed, "Yer the first ta ever say that ta me. Anyway, so what's the best places ta check out around here?" he asked.

As cloud continued to work, the pain in his chest continued, and the cuts on his belly began to bleed again, so he decided to head back to the infirmary for fresh bandages. As he walked, he bumped into Eilwen, causing him to Flinch in pain. "Oops, my bad, sorry for bumping into you" he said apologetically to her as he limped onward.

Six smiled and he turned to Vinly, "We should probably catch up ta Timber before she wanders off again. Let's go Wubby" he said playfully as he nudged Vinyl.

Cloud, not listening to the medical pony, was up and about trying to help where he could. Even though he was still able to move away the broken and damaged pieces that littered the deck, he limped heavily and his breathing was pretty labored. He tried not to show how much it bothered him, he wanted to prove he was useful still and that he wouldn't be just a waste of space.

Six chuckled a bit, then extended his hoof for a peace offering hoof shake, "Don't ya worry, ahll treat her good" he said smiling.
