I read about this some time ago on Equestria Daily, I certainly look forward to the possibility of more Bronies, as well as watching the dubs to see what they are like.

Sorry about the resolution, but it at least seems interesting.

Every time some Bronies say that the show is somehow ruined for whatever reasons, I will drink.

I recently bought some pony stuff at Hot Topic yesterday and asked the cashier how frequently Bronies shop here. He actually said that he got a lot, which probably explains why both him and the cashier I had from a previous experience did not give a surprised reaction (though to be honest, she may have been a Brony/Pegasister on outward observation).

This actually reminds me of how Andrew W.K. found out he was a Brony.

I never really thought of any of the Twilicorn, or a lot of the other things to be too much of a big deal, except Derpy seeing as she is one of my favorite ponies. But excluding Derpy (which was more an external case as it was brought about by a lawsuit) you could argue that the entire existence of the Brony Fandom is a result of us trusting the writers even though they had a "tough sell". Let's be honest, I doubt a vast majority of Bronies, before FIM started, believed that any amount of writing could convince them that they could seriously like a show about magical talking ponies learning the value of friendship, and yet they pulled it off.

So in the case of the whole Twilicorn thing, I really don't see it as a big deal. The writers have been able to impress us in more amazing ways (such as the one listed above) before, and I don't see any reason that we should default to the position that "they have ruined everything!" (at least, not before we have seen it) because past experience tells me that there is no reason to go with that position, and no reason to do so now.

7/10 Was not that into it at first, but it started to grow on me at the end.

I have signed petitions before, and have yet to have it used against me in any sort of way (then again, the one I signed was from Google). But either way I think you would be fine.

This list probably will not be complete, but here is the stuff I can think of now.

-As mentioned before, I can experience euphoria, but on top of that I also experience music euphoria, dream euphoria, and nostalgia euphoria (if that exists).

-Just as hinted above, Music and Dreams.

-Nature.

-Good fiction.

-Inspiring/amazing real life stories (typically about war, though not always).

-On some random occasions, loss of sense of reality, time, and things of that nature make me happy.

-My Little Pony and all the fan creations of course.

Both Rarity and (to a lesser extent) Rainbow Dash grew on me. I did not hate the characters but I originally did not care for them as nearly as much as I do now.

But I know what she has in mind and I would personally rather not see Milky Way and The Galaxy Girls fighting game coz I don't like their design and she has failed dozens of times to get any takers for her IP.

I don't think she was thinking about having them do a fighting game for her new project, after all she did say "totally new", at the same time, I am not Lauren Faust and have not met her. On the other hand, I think what she meant was that she would do something legitimately new, rather then something she is making.

News of this made it to Lauren Faust, not that she can do anything from a legal standpoint, but she did make a very nice offer.

Yet another reason to love Lauren Faust.

I liked the episode but I especially liked that they put the CMC in there, and like pretty much everyone else I liked the industrial hair dryer gag.

Sudden cravings and moods aside, I would probably have to go with pasta. Though lately I have also been craving burgers and sweet stuff...I am such an American.

I got a Vinyl of Derpy from Hot Topic, though I am thinking of whether or not to get Rainbow Dash too.

I tried Fluttershy for the first time last night, and while I don't think I got a full transformation, I managed to get my change my right hand, somewhat change my left, and somewhat change my feet. Physically I felt different too, either way it was nice, though I will probably try it again tonight.

Nice OC sig...sorry this is not that long...but still, it looks cool.

I would have to go with Captain Price. This is because of his SAS training, years of experience, and his outright badassery. Menendez certainly is pretty badass too, and has done some pretty amazing things, but in context they are not as amazing as they appear. The Pananmanian soldiers he fights are not in any regard as lethal as a majority of the world's armed forces and Menendez did have combat skills he undoubtly picked up from his cartel years. I would also like to point out that his rampage was more likely something done for sake of symbolism (as I talked about more in length in the main Black Ops 2 thread on this site) rather then seriously portraying him as someone who could take many shotgun shells and keep going. After all, at the end of the day, a single pistol round to his head will still kill him, should you choose to do that at the end of the game (and even when it is done earlier, Mason's aim was more or less off and surviving a shot to the brain, while very rare, is not unheard of in real life).

So yeah, Price all the way.

Thought I might as well post this here as I have only really mentioned this in discussions with other friends.

But anyway, I do think that the story had something intelligent/well done, at least in when it comes to it's concept. If you look at the plot of BO2, then it is technically about all the countries that got screwed over in some way during the Cold War (specifically the countries or groups America took advantage of). The Mujaheddin, Noriega, Savimbi, and Oliver North were very real guys, though the game does not really explore what they did, it is still very cool in a fridge logic way. Then we get to Menendez, who is a direct personification of the countries who got screwed over. The theme of use overusing drones and someone hijacking their controls is also an interesting theme.

As for the multiplayer, it is not bad, but aside from that similar COD feel, I preferred it when I using more common weapons and playing as more recognizable factions. I also felt that a lot of stuff here somewhat goes more into sci-fi, rather then that more "arcady-realism" feeling you got in previous games.

It was cool, but I did not hang onto it for that long, I kind of missed the older MW games. Though not by any means a bad game, just a personal gameplay taste/choice.

Well there are already purely negative depictions of Bronies out there, though a curious thing to consider is whether or not they would have complained if it was all negative.

There is also that, if I remember right, the documentary's purpose was to clear the Bronies of the negative stereotypes that a non-brony would usually give to them, and those that were already given to them by the media and other places. Now I haven't seen the documentary yet, but from what I am hearing it seems to have succeeded at that.

Another problem is that it makes an even more unfortunate implication by going through with removing her. Now we have already established that she is a loved character who has a job, and (at least in the fandom) is also a single mother, and in every other regard seems self-sufficient.

Now we have also established that it was never confirmed that she was mentally disabled in anyway, but throwing PC in that direction actually tells people "Mentally disabled beings have no place in society and their existence should not be acknowledged". Now this is a negative thing both by itself and in context with everything else we know about Derpy, especially considering that she can handle herself we even if she is mentally disabled.
