  1. Well, from the half hour or so I played LoE seems...promising

  2. can't believe I forgot about movie night last night, now I won't have the chance to join another one for a whole month probably :(

  3. Just saw Castle Mane-ia, and I have to say I am loving season 4 so far! ...I need to start spending time on here again...

  4. So I saw the whole of the season 4 two-parter finally - I think they've actually topped Return of Harmony 1&2! Also, loving the Dr Who banner ^_^

  5. Delighted to say after much awkward flirting I now have a special somepony (Agent505) on the forums! ^_^ (Phe: But the awkward flirting hasn't stopped...)

  6. So the new FiW episode actually made me laugh more than once

  7. Ireland was fun but it's nice to be home ^_^

  8. Ireland was fun but it's nice to be home ^_^

  9. So, in a totally original move that most certainly isn't copying anypony who might be reading this, I've got around to making myself a tumblr. It's not that interesting yet, but at least I can make my blog look like a Penguin Classic! :D Also, I might start an "Ask" blog for one of my OCs, (probably Feather, or maybe Arrow too) so I guess that might be fun.

  10. My unicycle arrived! ^.^ In related news, turns out pliers are not good as an improvised wrench...

    1. Leatherbehlt

      Leatherbehlt

You actually got the unicycle... well, /)

(\ Eeyup! And it is every bit as difficult, uncomfortable and scary to ride as I imagined, which makes me all the more desperate to master it. I can't wait until I can at least go without holding onto a wall for dear life. It's actually really fun though. ^.^

  11. You know you're bored when you start considering buying and learning to ride a unicycle...

Don't know why the forums didn't notify me to the replies on this... Amazon had a discount on sports equipment, so I've ordered one. Expect a future status complaining of broken shins!

Fluttershyfan: I vaguely remember trying one when I was around ten or so at a circus workshop and panicking. I take it you fell?

LB: *considers price of unicycle* yeah...Even if it would've broken the moment after I sat down, I kind of wish I'd thought of that. XD...

@Ano170 I don't remember it well, I must have seen that I would fall so I must have just put it away. Or maybe I fell, I'm not srue.

  12. I don't normally watch tennis, but I decided to watch the last game today at Wimbledon and I'll admit I ended up holding my breath towards the end. Well done Andy!

*Offers glass of Irn Bru* Truce in the good spirit of a Brit winning Wimbledon?

*whispers so the other Scottish people can't hear* I don't even like Irn Bru that much...

  13. Darn, now I've got "Helping Twilight Win The Crown" stuck in my head...

Hey, don't fret. The song clip is decent enough, unfortunately the last 13 mins clip is sped up to avoid copyright theft. Sucks to be under the watchful eye of Hasbro and Google huh?

      Ano170

Actually, the whole film is on YouTube (someone recorded it at the cinema). There's even a thread here on the forums with a link to the vid. ^.^

Ikr? On a side note, as much as I know Sunset was a villain designed without much of a personal repertoire, she sure had a wicked tongue. "Sorry it had to be this way.........princess". The way she said it made me grimace in disgust.

  14. About to watch "The Brave Little Toaster" for the first time, apparently it's pretty great.

    1. Yamato

      Yamato

      It is, dude...

Or it was, when I was 6.

      Just some guy

It was until the clowns came in.That was no bueno.

    3. Ano170

      Ano170

Eh, it was pretty good - I cared about the characters, so that's a success in my book. Some darker themes too, which is always interesting in a children's film.

      That clown though....

  15. I have returned! *que epic music* Hope I didn't miss too much. So, in other news it turns out there is another brony IN MY SCHOOL...But I have no idea who it is.

Wait wait wait, are you saying you DIDN'T enjoy a thunderstorm? :0

    4. Ano170

      Ano170

Oh no, it was pretty cool, but it meant we had to wait till we reached a service station for food, everyone had to hide in the shops, pavilions and bandstands etc. for ages and it was really crowded, there was metal everywhere and we got soaked (mind you, we're from Scotland so...).

  16. whoo, Paris tonight! Allons-y!

  17. So I'm starting to think I might be heterosexual biromantic. Not really sure, there are still a few conflicting factors, but it makes the most sense. I've no intention of "coming out" or taking on a label I'm not 100% applies to me, but I felt the need to say something somewhere. So...yeah.

Curiosity is quite common around your age and is to be expected. Regardless of your decision on the matter you will be accepted here. Also best tortoise is always around if ya need someone to talk to. :)

      TanktheTortoise

Just to clarify, I meant that as a friend, not in a creepy way.

    4. Ano170

      Ano170

It wasn't creepy until you said that Tank. XD :P

Nevertheless thanks for the support. I know what you mean about people my age, I envy some of my classmates of their certainty - I don't get how they can be so sure. XD

  18. That awkward moment when you're trying to come up with a name for a parody of the badass vampire girl character and you tulpa starts begging you to call her Phillis...

I found her, she is still in early developement.. Haven't had the time to develope her any further.

    3. Ano170

      Ano170

Well, it's good that you found her at least. :) My own tulpa (er, or two tulpae rather I suppose) are also early in development stages, one slightly more talkative (Phoenix, who suggested the name Phillis) than the other (Nathaniel, who also voted for Phillis just because Phe did). For now I'm calling the character Mina instead (it's just a placeholder name though I think) but as a compromise I've promised to make another character and call her Phillis, and give Phoenix and Na...

      Fluttershyfan94

Yeah, I didn't know they would retry. I was only there for the hobbit but at least I saw a couple of episodes. Also remembered that I am a lot like Applejack, with "is that a challenge" I take everything as a challenge.

  21. Thinking of making a new fic on FIMfiction, only people on the forums suggest what should happen in the next chapter and vote every week, with the ultimate goal being to get Rainbow Dash safely through a day (while I, the author, do my best to put her harmful situations working on what the forum members have voted for), sort of like a "choose your adventure" style story, something I've never done before. Any thoughts?

I know what you mean about wanting to give back. I'm not much of an artist though, so I'll write when I have time and motivation, since it's one of the few things I feel I can say I'm good at.

    4. Fluttershyfan94

      Fluttershyfan94

Yeah, I had actually planned on making music for the fandom at first. Drawing was just something I wanted to do, it is now my way of contributing. It seems to be the only thing I am currently ok at. There are people that like my art and I really appreciate it.. I feel good both making them as well as publishing them. It's just practice, I'm currently making drawings for friends on this forums for their birthday.

  22. Thinking of getting roller blades, the kind with four wheels since I can barely stand up in inliners. Maybe I've been watching too much Scott Pilgrim...

I can't wait to get a car. Or maybe I'll get a motorbike!

My mother would kill me if I got a motorbike. XD

    3. Fluttershyfan94

      Fluttershyfan94

I had the same problem, which is why I never got a motorbike or a gas scooter. I used to have access to ATV's. But doesn't matter cars are way better, I just lover everything about them. I believe if you had the choice you would go for the car instead of a motorbike, simply because you would get tired being on motorcycle. But still it's not the same, I'm sure there is a certain element about a bike that you would not get in a car. But I still prefer cars, I'm even going to...

    4. Fluttershyfan94

      Fluttershyfan94

But I still prefer cars, I'm even going to get a license to drive trucks and maybe while I'm at it, try getting a license to become a driving instructor.. Aww yeah, the perfect job while not learning, just driving a big truck around.. I have been teaching my brother to park in reverse. It has been going really well, although I don't plan on making it my job or anything. I currently plan on becomming a lawyer.

  23. Arrrgh so bored, I hate revising. -.-

      Ano170

French just how. Over the holidays I've to do all six hundred and thirty something French exercises on Scholar; they're so easy they're boring but there's still hundreds of them to make sure I don't have much of a holiday...

    3. Fluttershyfan94

      Fluttershyfan94

I can speak English, German and danish.. But I have somehow never gotten into french. Only reason I learned german was because I wanted to move there.. Because of the autobahn. Too bad that you haven't gotten a lot of holiday. Do they really give you homework while your not in school.

  24. Well, I'm off to go buy the Dr Horrible's Sing-Along Blog soundtrack!

  25. Happy Easter everypony! In other news, I've found Dr. Horrible's sing-along blog on youtube and after hearing so much about it I thought I'd give it a try. ^.^
